A Welcome from the Director Welcome to the ICPSR Summer Program in Quantitative Founded in 1963, the ICPSR Summer Program is recognized throughout the world as the preeminent forum for basic and advanced training in the methodologies and technologies of social science research. We serve a diverse multidisciplinary and international constituency. Our general instructional philosophy emphasizes the integration of methodological strategies with the theoretical and practical concerns that arise in research on substantive social issues. The ICPSR Summer Program also creates a unique and supportive social environment that facilitates professional networking and encourages the exchange of ideas about the theory and practice of social science research. Program Announcements 2010 ICPSR Summer Program2010 information is now available! Most of the 2009 statistical courses/workshops will be offered again in 2010. We are still finalizing our list of three- to five-day substantive workshops. Information will be posted as soon as it becomes available.
